Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty at the following link:

Return Policy

Products purchased from AKTIVO may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the product was received and must meet the following criteria:
  1. Items must be unopened and returned in the original condition as shipped.
  2. Non-defective items that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  3. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
  4. The AKTIVO Order Number with Receipt or Proof of Purchase, along with the reason for requesting the return must be provided in order to initiate the return process.

Accessories and Spare Parts Return Policy

All sales on parts and accessories, as well as final-sale or open-box items are non-refundable.

 

  • If the aforementioned conditions are met and all applicable information has been provided, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while it is in transit to us. Since the product contains lithium ion batteries, it must be shipped according to all applicable regulations. Please inform the shipping carrier of the batteries prior to shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then we will refund you the original method of payment and you will receive the refund within 3-7 business days.

  • Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for replacement, the restocking fee and shipping fee will be waived upon approval from our customer support team.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless a defective product or wrong item was sent. AKTIVO may provide a return shipping label and all associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  Do not ship your product back to AKTIVO without obtaining prior approval and meeting the aforementioned criteria.  Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of return and refund rights.

  • Canada Orders: Refunds are processed in U.S. dollars and are dependent on the current exchange rate at the time of refund. When we issue a refund to your original method of payment using another currency, your bank will convert it from U.S. dollars to Canadian dollars.

  • To initiate a return, please contact support@aktivo.shop with your receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the refund.
