Shipping Information

  • We offer free shipping for orders on the AKTIVO Scoot, along with accessories and spare parts.
  • Due to high demand and the current Covid-19 pandemic, additional unexpected delays may occur, in which case the customer will be notified of any significant changes.
  • The AKTIVO Scoot contains lithium ion batteries which have specific shipping regulations, so all orders will be shipped via ground shipping for safety and adherence to local and federal laws.
  • The current estimated delivery time is between 21-30 business days from the time that the shipment was collected and leaves the fulfillment warehouse. 
  • Your order will be shipped by the carrier with the shortest estimated delivery times (typically FedEx or UPS) with a signature required upon delivery. 
  • Tracking information will be provided within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment and customers can track the status of their shipment on the respective carrier's website.

Processing Times

Order processing time is between 1-2 business days and our delivery time varies based on the shipping address and available carrier service.

Order Cancellations

You may also cancel your order if the item has not been shipped and your payment has not been processed. Once the item has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee as well as the cost of roundtrip shipping.

Delivery Times

For delivery to United States and Canada, shipping is free and delivery time is between 21-30 days. For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on DHL Express carrier rates.

Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
