We offer a minimum of six (6) months limited warranty on all AKTIVO purchases covering any defects or issues coming from manufacturing or product quality. We will offer to replace parts as needed or a replacement scooter in the case of a defective product.

The AKTIVO warranty covers components under the following warranty conditions with all dates determined by the record of sale by the original owner. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear from rider usage (for example, to the tires, grips, or deck), improper maintenance, accidental damage, and misuse, including off-road use or water damage from submersion.

  • 6 Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
  • If there is any malfunction or issue caused by manufacturer or factory defect within the first year of ownership, AKTIVO, its partners or other contracted parties will repair the broken scooter at its own discretion.
  • In order to function and perform at optimal levels, the battery must be adequately charged and maintained properly. If storing your AKTIVO for extended periods of time (over one week) make sure to fully charge the battery to avoid any potential damage. Failure to follow these storage guidelines may void your warranty. 

AKTIVO will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Any modification of the electronics, battery, controller, motor will not be serviced or supported by the warranty.  Warranty service is not provided for scooters purchased from unauthorized resellers.

AKTIVO may, at its discretion, request photographic and/or video evidence of any malfunction in order to verify and process a warranty claim.
